Keeping my weight stable for the long term

Keeping my weight off for 6 years has been work. There is not one thing about it that has been easy.

My biggest tip besides learning about nutrition has been to move every single day!

Back in the day I couldn’t walk to the end of the street let alone walk a cheeky 7 ks then come home and do another 5. But yeah that’s me these days. Sunrise walk today and it was so good!! Then a walk with the furry ones after our first walk.
