Crustless Protein Quiche

I have my favourite recipes and this is absolutely one of them!!

This protein quiche recipe works every single time and is so easy to customise with your own favourite flavours! I got the little mould at kmart a while back – I think that they still have them there.

💓 6 eggs
💓 1/2 cup ricotta
💓 1 cup grated cheese
💓 12 pieces of sun dried tomatoes
💓 3 tablespoons chives
💓 3 scoops of Tasteless Protein By Feel Good Protein
💓 Salt and pepper to taste

Mix everything together and then place the mixture evenly between the 6 little moulds! Spray your silicone mould with cooking spray first too just to get them out easily! Then bake for 30 minutes in a 180 degree oven! I have a fan forced oven so just adjust your cook time for your particular oven.
