I get asked a lot of the time how to use tasteless protein in meals and also the powdered peanut products. Tonight we are having satay chicken but I donβt like to put myself at the mercy of pre-made sauces. This is the how I make my Satay Sauce with added protein. Macro Mike is a powdered peanut product. I am a fan of it but you can just use peanut butter.

I have found that this makes enough for one Bariatric person and 5 non Bariatric people so I would anticipate 8 serves. My portions are still quite small – around 1/2 – 3/4 of a cup of food in total so I only have about a tablespoon. If I was making this recipe for just myself I would halve it. It works so well if frozen also which is a bonus.
